THE ATHLETE Mini Branding Session is designed for one athlete, one sport, and one athletic look. Session time, included images, and deliverables may not be divided between multiple athletes. Additional athletes require separate bookings.
This is an athlete portrait/branding session and does not include game-day coverage, competition coverage, team photography, or full workout/training coverage.
Athletes under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the booking and required agreements.
Session payments and retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to Cassandra Dale Photography's rescheduling policy and availability.
Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission to photograph at privately owned gyms, schools, athletic facilities, or other restricted locations unless location access has been specifically arranged by Cassandra Dale Photography in advance.
The session includes 8 professionally edited digital images selected from the proof gallery. Additional images and full-gallery upgrades are available for purchase. Proof images are not final edited photographs and may not be downloaded, copied, screenshotted, shared, or posted.
By booking THE ATHLETE, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms as well as Cassandra Dale Photography's full session agreement.
